We organize an annual offsite for our employees in which goals and objectives for the next year are discussed, clarified, and set in place. The past year is reflected upon, with rewards and recognition of employees is done both on a firm and individual level. An offsite is a great medium to get together after an entire year of work schedule to relax, have fun, and discuss the future together.
Offsite 2024: Automate to Accelerate
Offsite 2024 was a testament to our commitment to innovation and teamwork, all centered around this year’s theme, “Automate to Accelerate.” This theme highlighted our focus on embracing technology to drive efficiency and achieve growth, reflecting our determination to lead in a rapidly evolving world.
Over two transformative days, we delved into our shared vision, mission, and values. Day one featured insightful seminars and leadership sessions that aligned us with our goals and aspirations. Inspired by the Paris Olympics 2024, we hosted the thrilling JAC Olympics 2024, celebrating the spirit of competition, collaboration, and camaraderie.
On day two, our talented employees took center stage, delivering inspiring seminars that showcased their innovative ideas and passion for excellence. We concluded Offsite 2024 with a memorable celebration, reminding us of the power of unity and the strength of our team.
Offsite 2024 wasn’t just a gathering—it was a launchpad for embracing the future. Together, we’re ready to “Automate to Accelerate” and drive progress like never before. Here’s to the memories we’ve created and the exciting journey ahead!
Offsites 2023: Onwards and Upwards
The JAC Offsite 2023 took place on the 8th-9th of July in the stunning city of Solan, Himachal Pradesh. This year’s offsite was centered around the theme “Onwards and Upwards,” symbolizing our commitment to continuous progress and self-improvement as we move forward without looking back.
As is tradition, the offsite also marked the announcement of our appraisal results. This year, the event was bigger and better than ever before, featuring a blend of motivational talks, engaging team-building activities, a fun-filled pool party, and moments of recognition and celebration.
Offsite 2023 was not just about reflecting on the past; it was a time to inspire growth, celebrate achievements, and embrace the journey ahead with renewed energy and enthusiasm.
Offsites 2022: Together Towards Tomorrow
The JAC Offsite 2022 was held on the 20th and 21st of March in the beautiful Jim Corbett. With the theme "Together Towards Tomorrow," this event reflected our collective drive to embrace the future as a united team.
The event kicked off with inspiring sessions from some of the most renowned speakers, setting a motivational tone. This was followed by exciting team-building activities and a thrilling jungle safari, allowing everyone to bond and recharge. The offsite was the perfect setting for announcing the appraisal results, marking a milestone for the team.
The offsite culminated in the much-anticipated appraisal results and ended on a high note with a vibrant wrap-up party, celebrating the team’s achievements and looking forward to the road ahead.
